Railway Ballast

Our Railway Ballast acts as a cheaper fill material as a substitute to type 1 and is also good for allowing an area to drain is it does not have too many fines in it. If you have a large area to bring up to level filling in a pond for example we recommend using railway ballast to bring the level up and then top it off with type 1 limestone to leave a better bound together surface.
